Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), lebih kurang 75% perempuan didunia dipastikan dapat mengalami fluor albus dan sekitar 90% perempuan di Indonesia berpotensi mengalami fluor albus. Pada saat mengalami keputihan, diharapkan setiap perempuan berperilaku hidup sehat agar dapat mencegah terjadinya keputihan patologis. Menurut beberapa survey, masih banyak remaja putri yang memiliki perilaku kurang sehat dalam menangani keputihan atau mencegah keputihan patologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor pendukung dengan perilaku pencegahan keputihan patologis pada remaja. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Analitik dengan pengumpulan data secara cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel secara stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 98 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan memberikan angket kepada responden. Analisa data secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pelayanan kesehatan dengan perilaku pencegahan keputihan patologis pada remaja (p-value = 0,000) dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara keterpaparan informasi dengan perilaku pencegahan keputihan pada remaja (p-value = 1,000). Kompres jahe merah dapat menimbulkan rasa hangat memberi respon pada tubuh secara fisiologis antara lain dapat membuat otot menjadi rileks, memperlebar pembuluh darah, mengatasi nyeri dan memberikan rasa nyaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Kompres Jahe Merah Terhadap Derajat ROM pada Penderita Asam Urat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy-eksperimental. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13–26 Juni 2022. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 159 orang dan penentuan sampel ditentukan dengan metode <em>Purposive Sampling</em> sebanyak 31 responden yang ada di Puskesmas Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Siak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi dan goniometer. Analisis data menggunakan uji <em>paired t-test</em> dengan alternatif Wilcoxon. Didapatkan hasil rata-rata derajat ROM sebelum dilakukan kompres jahe merah adalah 124,26° dan rata-rata derajat ROM setelah dilakukan kompres jahe merah adalah 126,77°. Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and the most widely carried in the community. One way to overcome hypertension is to use soy milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving soy milk to decrease blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at UPT PSTW Khusnul Kh</em><em>o</em><em>timah Social Service of Riau Province. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test design with a control group. Data was collected using the Observation Sheet. Samples were determined by purposive sampling method as many as 20 respondents with 10 intervention groups and 10 control groups. The analysis was carried out using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Paired Sample T Test. The results of statistical tests obtained p value 0.000 <0.005, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving soy milk to reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Nausea and vomiting cause disruption of activity, decreased appetite and dehydration, if not treated it will result in hyperemesis gravidarum. Nausea and vomiting can be treated with non-pharmacological therapies, one of which is ginger. Ginger contains gingerol, shogaoldan, zingeberen which can reduce nausea vomiting in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving ginger boiled water on nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women in the work area of Simpang Tiga Public Health Center Pekanbaru. This type of research is a </em><em>Quasi Eksperimen Design (One Group Pretest Posttest)</em><em> using a total sampling teachnique with a sampel of 20 respondents. This research was conducted in November 2021 – January 2022 at the ER Selasih Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. The results of the chi square statistical test with a p value of 0.004. The value is <0.05 (0.004 <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses and response time in the Emergency Installation of Selasih Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and the incidence of dyspepsia syndrome in nursing students in Pekanbaru. This research is an analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used is random sampling with a total sample of 75 samples from several institutions in Pekanbaru, namely STIKes Tengku Maharatu, STIKes Payung Negeri, STIKes Al-Insyirah, STIKes Pekanbaru Medical Center, Universitas Riau and Universitas Hangtuah. Stress level data was obtained from filling out the DASS-21 questionnaire while dyspepsia syndrome data was obtained from filling out the Rome III questionnaire via a google form. Data analysis using the chi-square test which is processed through the SPSS program. The result of statistical tests obtained a p-value of 0,000 (p-value < 0,005), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between stress levels and the incidence of dyspepsia syndrome in nursing students in Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study is to find out the factors that influence the compliance of people with Diabetes Mellitus in carrying out treatment in the Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Public Health Center in Pekanbaru. The study used a cross sectional design which was carried out from June 2022 to July 2022 with a total of 72 respondents. The data is processed using statistical software and analyzed using frequency distribution analysis and chi square test. The highest prevalence of ARI in Indonesia is in the group of infants aged 6-23 months, with the highest mortality rate occurring in 0-1 years. Breast milk is a stimulant for the baby's immune system because it can provide passive protection against pathogens. Breastfeeding can prevent the incidence of ARI in children. This observational study used a retrospective cohort study design. Subjects were infants aged 6 months – 2 years who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Mothers who came were asked to fill out informed consent and then interviewed using a questionnaire. Patients with hypercholesterolemia have no symptoms at all. They only found out after being diagnosed with coronary heart disease or stroke. Soybeans contain protein, fiber, isoflavones and lecithin which can reduce cholesterol levels. This study aims to determine the effect of giving soy milk to cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia. This research was conducted on June 25 to August 7, 2019 in the working area of UPTD Health, Muara Lembu Public Health Center with 20 respondents. This type of research is quantitative with quasy-experiment research design with one group pre-test post-test design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools using observation sheets and measuring devices Autocheck cholesterol levels. Analysis of the data used is dependent t-test. The results obtained mean cholesterol levels before and after giving soy milk which is 245.40 mg/dl and 222.80 mg/dl, with a difference before and after giving soy milk which is 22.600 mg/dl. The dependent t-test results obtained p value 0,000 with a p value (<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of giving soy milk to cholesterol levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia.
