Faktor Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Motivasi Perawat dalam Penerapan Proses Asuhan Keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Tentara Tk IV Pekanbaru

Abstract

Nursing care is a systematic and scientific method used by nurses to meet client needs in achieving or maintaining optimal biological, psychological, social and spiritual conditions through the stages of nursing assessment, identifying nursing diagnoses, determining nursing planning, carrying out nursing actions and evaluating them. The work motivation factor of nurses is not as expected, so this can cause a decrease in the enthusiasm and motivation of nurses in carrying out the nursing care process. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the motivation of nurses in implementing the nursing care process at the Tk IV Army Hospital Pekanbaru. This research method is quantitative with cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were 35 nurses who were taken by total sampling. The results of this study were bivariate, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the level of education (p value = 0.725) and the motivation of nurses in implementing the nursing care process, while there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge (p value = 0.018), reward (p value = 0.002) and the motivation of nurses in implementing the nursing care process at the Tk IV Army Hospital Pekanbaru. It is hoped that the hospital can improve the quality of service, quality and human resources of the hospital in order to improve services to patients.
